Arrest made following an electric bike theft

A 75-year-old’s electric mountain bike was stolen in Poole on 22nd May.

We’re pleased to announce that the elderly man has now been reunited with his £1,700 Cube Acid One 500 hybrid electric mountain bike, and a 16-year-old boy from Bournemouth was arrested on suspicion of theft of a pedal cycle.

The bike has been returned to the owner, and officers are continuing their investigation.
