No hospital deaths in Dorset since 7th May

It has been reported by NHS England that there have been no coronavirus-caused deaths in Dorset’s hospitals since 7th May.

The last death to have occurred in a Dorset hospital was reported on 7th May at Poole Hospital, which brought their total to 45 deaths.

58 individuals have tragically lost their lives in Royal Bournemouth Hospital, and 23 in Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester. Meanwhile, 13 have died under the care of the Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust.

The current total deaths resulting from COVID-19 for Dorset stands at 139.
